Guarantee Details
Eligibility: The satisfaction guarantee applies to new members within their first 30 days of membership.
Course limit: The guarantee covers up to 3 completed courses with CLE certificates issued. Members who have earned more than 3 certificates are not eligible for a guarantee refund but may contact us to discuss other options.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
A La Carte purchases: Individual course purchases are covered by a separate 72-hour refund window, provided no CLE credit has been claimed. See our Terms of Use for details.
