Doreen Small is a partner at Marquart Small Hidrobo, LLP. Prior to founding Marquart Small Hidrobo, Doreen served as the Vice President/General Counsel for Ford Models, Inc. where she was a member of the senior executive team. She has also served as Associate General Counsel for Warnaco Inc. and as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for NBC. Doreen is an adjunct professor of Fordham Law School’s Fashion Law Institute where she created and teaches the first ever course in Fashion Modeling Law. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Model Alliance, the Acquisitions Committee and Nominating Committee of MoMA’s Contemporary Arts Council, and is an Executive Advisor to Artdex.
Ali Grace Marquart is a partner at Marquart Small Hidrobo, LLP. Prior to founding Marquart Small Hidrobo, she was the Director of Business and Legal Affairs for Wilhemina Models, where she managed all legal matters for the model management company. Ali is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School’s Fashion Law Institute, where she created and teaches the first-ever course on Fashion Modeling Law. Ali is also a member of the Fashion Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section. In 2015, she was an honoree on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list.
