Connecticut CLE Requirements for All Lawyers
Attorneys admitted in Connecticut must complete a total of 12 accredited CLE credit hours every year, by December 31. At least 2 of these 12 credit hours must be in the ethics/and or professionalism category. Up to 2 credits may be carried over to the next reporting cycle.
There are no specific requirements for newly-admitted Connecticut attorneys. Newly admitted attorneys have to comply with the CLE requirements in the calendar year following their admission.
